Firmus plans to build a new AI Factory at 226 Mill Road, Wesley Vale — on part of the former Wesley Vale Pulp Mill landholding, which operated from 1969 until 2010.

The site sits within a long-established industrial precinct, making use of land and infrastructure with a proven industrial history.

We plan to construct a principal data hall building with technical and administration areas, supported by electrical, cooling and water infrastructure.

Supporting infrastructure includes cooling systems, water storage tanks, car parking, and internal access roads. There will also be associated ancillary assets, including potential water connections. All these assets are on existing disturbed or previously developed land.
