Stirling North webinar

The Stirling North AI factory is a proposed AI Factory project located on Spear Creek Road, approximately 4.5km south-east of Stirling North, and 300km from Adelaide. The project is a proposed 1.5GW AI Factory consisting of ten AI data hall buildings, an office, maintenance workshop and supporting infrastructure, owned and operated by Firmus.

The project will create skilled local jobs and support South Australia's emergence as a hub for advanced technology and AI infrastructure. Combined with new renewable energy investment and regional employment opportunities, it represents a significant long-term investment in the state's future.
