Firmus Welcomes Lee Hatton, Christine Bartlett and Julie Shuttleworth to the Board

Firmus Technologies today announced the appointment of Lee Hatton, Christine Bartlett and Julie Shuttleworth AM as Non-Executive Directors of Firmus Grid Limited, strengthening the company’s Board as it continues to scale its AI infrastructure platform.

Lee Hatton joins as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. With more than 20 years of international experience across financial services, strategy, and risk, Lee brings deep expertise in building resilient, scalable infrastructure. Her career has been defined by building at the intersection of innovation, growth and resilience. Lee served on the board of Xero Ltd (2014-2023) and has held executive positions at NAB, Suncorp, Afterpay, and Block Inc, where she currently leads Global Financial Operations.

Her experience in technology-enabled businesses and governance will support Firmus as it expands high-performance, energy-efficient AI infrastructure across the region.

Lee Hatton

Christine Bartlett joins as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee. An accomplished company director and senior executive, Ms Bartlett brings extensive experience in strategy, innovation, complex project management and growth strategies in a range of sectors including property, information technology and finance.

Ms Bartlett has significant Director and Chair experience on boards in both the listed and private sectors and is the current Chair of NSW Ports and CEDA.

Prior to her career as a company director, Ms Bartlett held CEO and senior executive roles at IBM, National Australia Bank and Jones Lang LaSalle. It included regional and global responsibilities based in Australia, USA and Japan.

I am delighted to join the Board of Firmus at such a pivotal moment in the company's trajectory. I look forward to partnering with the Board and Management team to capitalise on the significant growth opportunities ahead, and I am confident that Firmus is well-positioned to deliver meaningful value to both local and international markets.
Christine Bartlett

Julie Shuttleworth AM also joins as a Non-Executive Director. Julie brings more than 30 years of global operational experience across the mining, resources and energy sectors, including senior leadership roles at Fortescue, where she served as Deputy CEO and CEO of Fortescue Future Industries. She has a strong track record delivering major projects in remote and complex environments, alongside advancing energy and technology initiatives.

Her deep expertise in large-scale project delivery, operations and energy transition will support Firmus as it scales high-performance, energy-efficient infrastructure in demanding and remote locations.
