For our customers, this approach allows us to make every watt count and deliver low-cost AI tokens globally.

Firmus AI Cloud

Our large-scale GPU cloud platform, Firmus AI Cloud, is purpose-built to deliver energy-efficient AI compute at scale to customers.

It empowers developers, enterprises, educational institutions, and government users to train and deploy AI models with unmatched efficiency and cost savings. With an ever-growing suite of services and applications, we are committed to delivering a cloud experience that is market-leading, proprietary, and built to scale.

Role Summary

We are seeking a customer-centric Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale, customer-facing technical projects. You will act as the bridge between engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams (Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Architecture) to ensure technical initiatives are delivered with minimal customer disruption and maximum business value.

You will work closely with major hyper-scalers and frontier model builders, leading end-to-end program delivery. This includes owning customer communications, driving technical and program implementation, ensuring adoption milestones are met, establishing feedback loops, all while managing complex technical dependencies across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Customer-Aligned Program Management

  • Manage joint executive communications and host executive project status meetings
  • Create phased implementation rollout plans with scope, timeline, and milestones to reduce customer risk.
  • Lead weekly syncs internally and externally to align on customer readiness, project milestones, program roadmaps and impact assessments
  • Drive technical decisions that balance internal velocity with customer impact

Technical Depth for Customer Conversations

  • Understand system architecture, AI Factory, GPU performance and benchmark, and infrastructure constraints, enough to answer customer questions and validate impact assessments.
  • Ensure technical solutions meet both customer and business needs
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to align on architecture and implementation

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Orchestrate delivery across engineering, operations and customer-facing teams
  • Lead regular cadence with leadership to align on project readiness, manage escalations and communication timelines. Drive technical decisions that balance internal velocity with customer impact.

Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of Technical Program or Project Management experience, with at least 4 years leading large-scale technical programs. Direct external customer exposure is highly preferred.
  • Significant experience delivering software platform solutions is essential. Experience delivering cloud software or platform services is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication — you can draft a customer-facing advisory that is clear, empathetic, and technically accurate.
  • Technical fluency across software platforms and supporting infrastructure, with a robust understanding of AI hardware, large-scale networks, and cloud architectures.
  • Practical exposure to infrastructure and data-centre delivery, with an understanding of how deployment schedules, readiness milestones, and infrastructure constraints affect software and service delivery.
  • Experience combining agile, sprint-based software delivery with waterfall-based infrastructure planning to maintain a coherent end-to-end program plan.
  • Hands-on experience in Jira, translating agreed priorities into actionable backlogs and driving backlog refinement, sprint planning, dependency management, and release coordination, integrated with infrastructure schedules and milestones.
  • Strong stakeholder management with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Operations, Solutions Architecture and Engineering leaders.
  • Comfort operating in high-ambiguity environments where program structures often need to be created, not just followed
  • Proven track record delivering customer-facing technical programs such as:

Software platform launches

Enterprise feature rollouts with customer-specific configurations

Cloud migration programs for enterprise customers

Large-scale GPU Infrastructure project

Location & Reporting
